The society's access to social justice such as quality education and health care has become a nightmare for many families in Kenya. The society not only lose students to bad habits like drug abuse due to peer group influence on their way back home from school but also kids are exposed to child abduction while they are sent home for school fee. Many children get into child abuse when they are not in school during the learning period. 
We the HIIT have thought deeply on how to offer a lasting solution over the school fee challenge for many parents in Kenya. The innovative formula to generate education fund for every child to access quality education, will not only relief many parents from the stress of raising school fee but also will provide quality Medicare for every child attending school.
This program will also offer a strong support to the local agricultural production, local industries through a reliable market network and a lasting solution for our environmental conservation. The program doesn't not require direct salary contribution but the contribution will come from expenditure on items or commodities per month.
Each person will spend 20% more of their monthly expenditure to access the basic social justice services like education, health care, elderly care and environmental conservation benefits for the community through the circular economy system. The education program will benefit children from Preschool up to the University. The education program will provide access to E-Library services to all students.
This program will ensure that all needs for students is taken care of during their education period. The students will stop benefiting from this program once they attain the undergraduate degree, certificate or diplomas. HIIT will establish community colleges to equip reliable workforce with skills to meet the demands of the innovative jobs in industries. Introducing 3D printing in our schools, will not only provide our students with technology to generate innovative ideas but also they will be very instrumental in creating jobs for the country. The 21 century and beyond jobs will come from today's innovation technology and creativity. The 3D printing technology will bring imagination into reality and HIIT will provide quality education for our children.
